This policy explains the small number of cookies and similar technologies used on the Mydasoft website, and why.
What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small file placed on your device when you visit a website. It helps the site work properly, stay secure, or remember things about your visit.

Groups your page visits together for our own analytics. Session duration.
The analytics request also carries your browser and device type, rough location in the form of country and locale, the referring page, and the page path. No third party analytics service is involved. This stays entirely on our own domain.
Local storage and session storage on our site remain purely functional. Local storage holds interface panel states and saved settings, and session storage holds a scroll position key. Neither is used for analytics.
How consent works on our site
Before you make a choice, none of the above happens. The analytics beacon does not fire, the session-id cookie is not set, and nothing analytics related is written anywhere on your device.
When you first visit, a banner offers Accept and Reject as equally prominent choices. There is no box ticked in advance, and closing the banner is not treated as acceptance. You can use the site normally without answering either way.
If you reject, analytics stays off permanently unless you change your mind. If you switch from accepted to rejected, the session-id cookie is deleted immediately rather than left to expire.

What we don't do
We do not use cookies for advertising or marketing tracking. We do not sell any data collected through cookies.
Google Fonts, which previously loaded from Google's servers and could have been read as a tracking adjacent technology, has been removed entirely as of 15 August 2026. Fonts are now self hosted, and nothing loads from Google on any page.
Do you need to give consent?
Not for the strictly necessary cookies. Those are needed for the site to work and stay secure, so no banner applies to them.
For the analytics cookie, yes. It is only set if you actively accept, using the banner described above.
How to control cookies
Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings. Blocking the essential cookies above may affect how well the site works, including its security protections.
Changes to this policy
We will update this policy if the cookies we use change. The version number and date at the top show when it was last revised.
